Job summary

Ivistec Partners India Private Limited is seeking a healthcare IT integrations engineer to design, develop, and support interfaces between EHR/EMR platforms, clinical apps, and third-party systems. You will work with HL7, FHIR, CCD, X12, and DICOM standards and collaborate with analysts, PMs, clinicians, and vendors.

Responsibilities include building workflows, enabling PACS connectivity, and ensuring reliable data exchange across clinical and revenue-cycle environments.

Qualifications

  • 2+ years in interface development, configuration and support in healthcare IT.
  • Strong HL7 v2.x knowledge; familiar with FHIR APIs.
  • Hands-on with one major integration engine (Mirth, Rhapsody, Cloverleaf, Corepoint).
  • SQL queries and basic scripting for data manipulation.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.

  • Develop and support integrations using healthcare interoperability standards and protocols, including HL7, FHIR, CCD, X12, and DICOM.
  • Design, implement, and support healthcare application interfaces and system integrations across clinical, operational, and revenue-cycle environments.
  • Support PACS, medical imaging modalities, and diagnostic imaging systems, ensuring reliable connectivity and data exchange.
  • Develop and maintain workflows integrating medical imaging modalities, PACS, EHR/EMR systems, and related clinical applications.
  • Collaborate with application analysts, business analysts, project managers, clinical stakeholders,and vendors to gather integration requirements and translate business and clinical needs into technical solutions.
  • Perform interface mapping, transformation, routing, and data validation to ensure accurate and reliable exchange of clinical and operational data.

Job description

Preferred candidate profile:
  • Experience: 2+ years of experience in interface development, configuration, and support within healthcare IT.
  • Strong understanding of HL7 v2.x messaging and familiarity with FHIR APIs.
  • Hands-on experience with at least one major integration engine (Mirth, Rhapsody, Cloverleaf, Corepoint, etc.).
  • Knowledge of database queries (SQL) and basic scripting skills for data manipulation.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
