Job summary

Soar Autism Center is seeking a Speech Language Pathologist to support children ages 2–6 in an on-site, center-based setting. You will assess needs, create individualized plans, and coordinate with a multidisciplinary team to build meaningful communication skills.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
• Current license to practice speech-language pathology.
• Preference for 3+ years of experience; AAC experience a plus.

Responsibilities

• Serve as an on-site Speech Language Pathologist for children ages 2–6 in an early intervention setting.
• Assess speech, language, and communication needs and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Conduct multidisciplinary assessments with BCBAs, OTs, psychologists, and other clinicians.
• Develop and implement AAC strategies and devices where appropriate.
• Collaborate with care teams and families to reinforce goals across the day.
