Job summary

Soar Autism Center in Westminster, CO is seeking an on-site Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our center-based team serving children aged 2–6. You will assess, treat, and collaborate with BCBA, OT, and psychology colleagues to support communication and development.

Qualifications

Master's Degree in Communication Sciences and Disorders is required.
License to practice speech pathology is required.
Preference for SLPs with 3+ years of experience, but open to new SLPs.

Responsibilities

Provide on-site SLP services for children aged 2–6 in a center-based setting.
Conduct multidisciplinary assessments and create treatment plans with clinicians (BCBAs, OTs, psychologists).
Develop communication interventions, including AAC devices.
Collaborate with BCBAs, RBTs, OTs, and mental health professionals, including co-treatments with OT.
Monitor progress, update treatment plans, and communicate changes to families.
Partner with client families to develop goals and support their journey.
