Job summary

Soar Autism Center is seeking a Speech Pathologist to join a dynamic team focused on early intervention and evidence-based practices for children with autism spectrum disorder. You will assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, social communication, cognitive-communication, and swallowing disorders in children aged 2–6.

Collaborating with behavior analysts, OTs, and psychologists, you will design treatment plans, engage families, and monitor progress to ensure optimal outcomes.

Qualifications

• Master’s Degree in Communication Sciences and Disorders from an accredited program.
• License to practice speech pathology in CO/AZ.
• Preference for 3+ years of experience, but open to new grads.
• Experience with AAC or willingness to learn.

Responsibilities

• Assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, social communication, cognitive-communication, and swallowing disorders in children with ASD.
• Design and implement comprehensive treatment plans for children aged 2–6.
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to provide holistic care.
• Engage families with education and support to enhance communication development.
• Monitor progress and adjust interventions to achieve optimal outcomes.
