Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience applying interdisciplinary engineering principles to complex challenges.
• Experience with microelectronic design, fabrication, packaging or testing in lab/foundry settings.
• Proficiency in engineering analysis and interpreting experimental/test data.
• Strong technical communication for reports, specs and briefings.
• Ability to work in multidisciplinary teams and manage multiple priorities.
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Engineering; advanced degree preferred for senior roles.
• Familiarity with defense/government programs, standards and secure development practices is beneficial.
• Eligibility to obtain and maintain a security clearance.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute radiation effects testing and ensure facility compliance.
• Mentor junior staff and support customer meetings and test activities.
• Assist operation of SEGIT irradiators and define radiation target areas and dosimetry.
• Identify and resolve technical problems; improve processes and procedures.
• Prepare test reports and participate in NRC license compliance activities.
• Coordinate equipment calibration tasks and maintain laboratory certifications.
• Complete required training and pursue developmental opportunities.
