Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or higher in professional engineering from an ABET-accredited program, or equivalent education/experience as detailed.
• Combination of education and experience meeting professional engineering foundations and applications.
• One year of specialized experience at GS-12 level or equivalent, including contractor evaluation and systems analysis.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate contractor production engineering capabilities, facilities, tooling and schedules to identify risks.
• Audit contractor design, development and testing efforts and assess compliance.
• Analyze performance data trends across systems engineering, supply chain and manufacturing operations.
• Provide Technical Support to Pricing (TSP), evaluate cost proposals, and advise on Engineering Change Proposals (ECPs).
