Are you a Senior Project Manager who enjoys leading a multi-disciplinary team passionate about interconnection projects?
In this role, you will lead and plan the execution of multiple measurement and regulation projects to fulfil interconnection agreements across the gas transportation system. You will be responsible for managing project scope, cost, and schedule through effective risk management, and will be expected to safely deliver high-quality facilities installations.
Own end-to-end project delivery: Develop cost estimates, schedules, and proposals while managing scope, budget, risk, and governance across the project lifecycle.
Drive project controls & performance: Track costs, forecasts, invoices, and change orders while monitoring schedule and budget risks.
Manage procurement & contracts: Lead RFPs, negotiate terms, issue work orders, and ensure Supply Chain alignment.
Coordinate construction & stakeholders: Lead meetings, align contractors and teams, track progress, and implement corrective actions.
Enable continuous improvement & standards: Apply lessons learned, enhance engineering standards, and promote consistent processes across the organization.
Bachelor’s degree, diploma or certification from a recognized university or college.
6 or more years of progressively detailed design and/or project management and/or field engineering/management experience. General understanding of pipeline and terminal operations. Without a degree, 9 years of experience is required.
Demonstrated technical competence in at least one of the engineering fields with knowledge of others, in addition have exposure to construction and field operations.
Problem solving, decision-making, organization, planning, and leadership skills.
Effective interpersonal skills to work in a collaborative, team- and customer-focused work environment.
Role requires a valid driver’s license, which will be verified with a motor vehicle check prior to hire.
Office environment with some field work required.
Scheduled travel to operating facilities, construction sites, and manufacturer’s facilities (up to 25%).
Grasping, kneeling, light – moderate lifting (objects up to 20 pounds), reaching above shoulder, repetitive motion, typing, sitting, standing, visual requirement (able to see screens, detect color coding, read fine print), hearing requirement and the ability to sit at a computer for long periods of time.
Ability to: understand, remember and apply oral and/or written instructions or other information, understand complex problems and collaborate/explore alternative solutions, organize thoughts and ideas into understandable terminology, organize and prioritize work schedule on a short-term basis, make decisions which have moderate impact on the immediate work unit and monitor impact outside this area, understand and follow basic instructions and guidelines, complete routine forms, compose letters, outlines, memoranda and basic reports and communicate with individuals via telephone.
Ranges from $96,200 - $140,000/year USD for US locations based upon candidate’s experience, skills, and internal equity.
