As our Interconnection Specialist Advisor, you will own and drive the interconnection lifecycle for a portfolio of utility-scale renewable energy projects within ERCOT, from early-stage development through key study milestones and toward successful advancement.
In this role, you sit at the center of execution - managing timelines, navigating utility and ISO requirements, and ensuring projects move forward despite constraints. You will work directly with ERCOT, utilities, and internal stakeholders to resolve issues, challenge delays when needed, and keep projects progressing in a fast-paced, high-impact environment.
This role is not confined to analysis - it is about execution, influence, and accountability for outcomes.
Salary Range: $135,000 - $206,885 USD annually
This represents the average expected pay range for a qualified candidate.
ENGIE complies with all federal, state, and local minimum wage laws. Actual salary offered may vary depending on geography, experience, education, internal pay alignment, or other bona fide factors.
In addition to base pay, this position is eligible for a competitive bonus / incentive plan.
