Joining the Interconnect team means working on high-speed, high-power interfaces for products like the Mac, iPhone, iPad, and Vision Pro. The role requires strong CAD skills, tolerance analysis, DFx experience, and willingness to travel

Qualifications

• Mechanical engineering degree or equivalent; BSME or higher.
• Analytical and problem solving skills as applied to mechanical engineering.
• Fluency in 3D CAD software.
• Ability to design cosmetic and structural plastic and metal components.
• Experience in design for manufacturability and design for assembly.
• Experience with statistical tolerance analysis techniques, functional dimensioning, and geometric tolerancing.
• The ability to travel internationally (20%+).

Responsibilities

• Experience with inductive power transfer, coils, and/or magnetic materials.
• Experience with antenna design and integration.
• Experience with permanent magnets, and magnet array designs.
• Experience working with overseas manufacturers
