Job summary

Northeast Alternatives seeks a reliable Delivery Driver for intercompany logistics in Massachusetts. You will move non-cannabis inventory between facilities, load and unload shipments, and maintain accurate transfer records to support supply chain reliability.

Ideal candidates have a clean driving record, delivery/logistics experience, and forklift experience. This role requires attention to detail and adherence to safety policies within a regulated environment.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license with clean record required.
• Experience in delivery or logistics preferred.
• Ability to lift and move inventory as needed.
• Comfortable working in a regulated environment.
• Experience driving a box truck preferred.
• Forklift experience required.

Responsibilities

• Transport intercompany transfers between MA facilities according to schedules.
• Load, secure, and unload products safely and efficiently.
• Maintain transfer documentation and logs with accuracy.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
• Follow assigned delivery routes and communicate with warehouse teams.
• Identify discrepancies or damaged goods and report promptly.
