Job summary

DreamFields is seeking a Distribution Driver in Massachusetts to safely deliver cannabis products to customers while complying with all federal, state, and local regulations. You will operate a box truck, verify orders, and maintain accurate delivery records.

In addition to driving, you will manage paperwork, delivery manifests, and customer communications to ensure timely, accurate, and courteous service. This role requires attention to detail and commitment to safety.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• 1+ year of professional driving experience with box trucks.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate a van or box truck to deliver products.
• Conduct daily vehicle inspections and complete the DVIR log.
• Adhere to road rules and DOT regulations at all times.
• Protect company assets by following established cash handling guidelines.
• Promptly address delivery or customer concerns, reporting them to the Distribution Supervisor.
• Ensure all necessary paperwork and documentation are in order before departure.
• Communicate effectively with customers, including pre-delivery calls and post-delivery updates.
• Collaborate with the Distribution and Sales teams to resolve any order-related issues.
• Provide exceptional customer service during each delivery.
• Review orders with customers to ensure product accuracy and handle any rejections.
• Accurately record customer payment details for each delivery.
• Follow safety standards and report any vehicle issues or accidents to the supervisor.
• Ensure all delivery manifests are signed, and compliance with regulations is maintained.
