Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• Minimum one year of call center experience in banking, financial services, or goal-driven retail sales is preferred.
• Bilingual abilities are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Handle all phases of financial transactions through the Interactive Video Teller Machine channel and provide superior service.
• Maintain knowledge of the bank’s products, services, and processes to assist customers.
• Follow bank controls, audit requirements, and regulatory policies for ITM operations; meet service standards.
