Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills with appropriate grammar.
• Basic PC skills (Windows).

Responsibilities

• Provide service support to Member transaction needs via multiple channels, including deposits, withdrawals, and payments, and account information.
• Identify and recommend new and alternative services to Members that fit their financial needs.
• Meet or exceed assigned service and productivity goals established for this position.
• Perform all duties in a manner that is 100% compliant with KEMBA policies and procedures.
• Provide friendly and member-centric service for all requests; assist other Interactive Tellers as needed.
• Develop understanding of Credit Union history, philosophy, organization, policies, and procedures.
• Pursue training and certification on established educational programs to improve competency.
