Job summary

Quality Analytics Associates (QAA) is seeking a qualified media / web developer to support training content on the Blackboard LMS and develop interactive multimedia materials. This open opportunity is based on future needs and requires experience with HTML, Java, and XML.

Responsibilities include designing content, creating assessments, providing system administration for the LMS, and ensuring 508 compliance and SCORM packaging. The role involves data reporting and ongoing content development.

Qualifications

• Experience developing interactive multimedia learning objects.
• Experience with web development (HTML, Java, XML).
• Experience with 508 compliance and SCORM hosting.

Responsibilities

• Upload training content, media, and curriculum resources to the Blackboard LMS.
• Design and develop interactive multimedia and supporting materials.
• Develop assessments for existing content.
• Assist in gathering requirements and development of content through reuse or new development.
• Provide system administration and user-based support.
• Manage the grade center for the LMS.
• Develop, maintain, and update HTML/CSS templates for course materials and assessments.
• Package and deploy SCORM‑compliant content.
• Convert media for web delivery.
• Provide technical writing and editing support and maintain Section 508 compliance.
• Develop valid assessment tools to evaluate project impact.
• Advise on long‑term user administration needs (grading schema, HTML course building, webinar hosting, data retrieval).
• Gather, organize, and provide data in report format
