Job summary

You will design interactive activities, develop content with Articulate Storyline and Adobe Captivate, and collaborate with subject matter experts to ensure accuracy and impact.

You will manage LMS uploads, test courses, and incorporate feedback while applying instructional design principles to deliver effective training for Warfighter Readiness.

Qualifications

• Experience in e-learning or instructional design.
• Proficiency with e-learning authoring tools (Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate, or similar).
• Understanding of instructional design models and adult learning theories.
