• Proactively identify, define, and communicate issues within the project or product teams, and propose practical or creative solutions.

Experience:

• 4+ years in product design or UX.
• Develop design concepts (e.g., mock-ups, prototypes) to inform product direction, ideation, and user testing.
• Collaborate regularly with UX, PMs, and engineers to communicate and influence design intent.
• Iteratively improve designs based on UX testing and stakeholder input with minimal guidance.

Skills:

• Proficient in designing and building prototypes in Figma.
• Knowledge of Material Design guidelines.
• Strong visual design skills.
• Experience in developing design concepts.

Education:

• Bachelor’s degree in design, Human-Computer Interaction, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
