studio in the US needs a Mid-level Visual Designer to join our team of 26 creatives to help us tackle our exciting client work with Snap AR, under Snap Inc. The team is made up of art directors, graphic designers, illustrators, animators (2D + 3D), and video editors, which means each creative brings something different to every project. As mentioned, the mid-level Visual Designer role would be primarily dedicated to our work on the Snap AR account where they will work with the rest of the Snap AR design team to execute engaging social and campaign tasks.WHAT YOU'LL DOThis role is fast paced, varied and constantly evolving.Deliver projects alongside the Creative / Community Planners and Designers Working with the design and creative planning teams to bring work to fruition Work with many different formats and platforms to create global campaigns Be involved in creative production - Taking the creative from start to finish with the teamBe invested in creative idea development and campaign look and feelCommunicate often and clearly with your team and your managerTime manage yourself and your projectsBe aware of and respond to current design and culturePresent work internally and externallyContribute to our creative process by sharing your ideas and experienceWHAT YOU BRINGEssential : 4+ years relevant experienceA portfolio including graphic designUnderstanding of graphic design foundations e.g. typography, layout design, gridsUnderstanding of form and shape and how illustration, photography and graphic design can work together within a layoutUnderstand how design and motion flow togetherExpert knowledge of Adobe Creative SuiteAdvanced problem solving skills & utilizing your available resourcesExcellent organizational and time management skills and high attention to detailOpen mindedness to AI and desire to understand and utilize new tools to make their work better.
