Job summary

Kforce Inc is seeking an Interaction Designer II in Plano, TX to design end-to-end experiences for professional tax accountants across Expert Experiences and Accountant Suite surfaces. You will translate dense tax workflows into clear, efficient interfaces for power users and partner across teams to validate designs.

Responsibilities include prototyping, testing, and iterating with cross-functional partners.

Qualifications

3+ years of experience as a Product Designer for complex, professional, or B2B software (fintech or tax/workflow tools a plus).
Portfolio demonstrating end-to-end interaction design, systems thinking, and craft/execution quality.
Experience designing for power users with dense data, multi-panel layouts, and complex task flows.

Responsibilities

Design end-to-end experiences for professional tax accountants across Expert Experiences and Accountant Suite surfaces, from concept through shipped, polished execution.
Translate complex, data-dense tax and practice-management workflows into clear, efficient interfaces for power users.
Partner with product management, engineering, and research to define problems, explore solutions, and validate designs with accountants and tax professionals.
Apply and contribute to shared design system patterns for consistency across Professional Tax and Accountant Suite portfolio.
Use prototyping and iterative testing to de-risk design decisions before development investment.
Present work clearly to cross-functional partners and incorporate feedback quickly in a fast-moving, ambiguous environment.
