Job summary

Akraya is hiring a UX Designer in Plano, TX on a 12-month W2 contract. You will translate tax/accounting workflows into intuitive interfaces, working with product, engineering, and research to define problems and iterate on designs.

Maintain and evolve a consistent design system, craft end-to-end journeys for power users, and validate decisions through prototyping and usability testing in a collaborative environment.

Qualifications

Job Summary: This role focuses on creating intuitive and efficient user experiences for professional tax accountants, translating complex workflows into clear interfaces. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to define problems, explore solutions, and iterate on designs based on user feedback. The position requires a strong understanding of design systems and the ability to de-risk design decisions through prototyping and testing.
