Job summary

Sound Physicians is expanding its Critical Care program in Spokane, WA, delivering board-certified ICU care across CVICU and related units. You will lead clinical teams, supervise residents, and provide high-acuity care in collaboration with two hospitals: Sacred Heart and Holy Family.

The role follows a block schedule with about 12–14 shifts per month, emphasizing work-life balance and teamwork, with EPIC as the primary EMR. Must be authorized to work in the United States.

Qualifications

• Board-certified or board-eligible in critical care.
• Experience managing complex cardiac critical care patients.
• Authorized to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Care for medical, surgical, neuro, and cardiac ICU patients with CVICU focus.
• Supervise residents.
• EMR: EPIC.
