Sound Physicians in Spokane, WA is seeking a Critical Care Physician to join our two-hospital team, delivering high-acuity care in the CVICU and ICU across Sacred Heart and Holy Family.

You will supervise residents, work with EPIC EMR, and enjoy a block scheduling model that supports work-life balance, with roughly 12–14 shifts per month and a compensation package in the six-figure range.

Qualifications

• Board-certified or board-eligible critical care physicians (MD or DO).
• A commitment to excellence in clinical service, with strong problem-solving abilities essential for the ICU setting.
• Experience managing complex cardiac critical care patients.
• Authorized to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Care for medical, surgical, neuro, and cardiac ICU patients with high acuity, with emphasis on CVICU expertise.
• Supervise residents and collaborate with the care team to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
• Utilize EPIC EMR for documentation and orders.
