Alexander Youth Network is hiring an Intensive In-home Coordinator to support children and families in home, school, and community settings. You will join a tight-knit team that delivers brief behavioral and emotional services within a community-based model.

The role requires a social work degree or related field, two years of child/adolescent mental health experience, and a valid driver’s license to enable home visits and community outreach.

Qualifications

• Bachelor-level degree in social work or related field is required.
• Two years of documented experience with child/adolescent mental health population is required.
• Valid driver's license and ability to travel for home visits.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate day-to-day Intensive In-home program tasks and provide brief behavioral/emotional services.
• Manage a caseload of up to 12 families and conduct skill-building activities.
• Provide parenting education and crisis intervention, including 24/7 on-call coverage.
• Collaborate with Child and Family Teams to develop and review Person Centered Plans.
• Work in client homes, schools, and community settings under supervision of Intensive In-home Therapist.
