Klamath Basin Behavioral Health (KBBH) in Oregon seeks an Intensive Treatment Therapist to provide high-quality clinical services within Day Treatment and Intensive In-Home Behavioral Health Treatment programs. Qualifications

• Graduate degree in psychology, counseling, social work, or another behavioral science field.
• Competency in mental health assessment, DSM-5 diagnosis, treatment planning, and therapeutic intervention.
• Must demonstrate ability to manage a caseload and work independently.
• Experience with youth and family therapy is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Provide individual, family, and group therapy services.
• Deliver trauma-informed, culturally responsive care.
• Coordinate care with youth, families, schools, and community providers.
• Complete assessments, treatment plans, crisis plans, and transition plans.
• Support youth transitioning back to mainstream school settings and lower levels of care.
• Participate as part of a multidisciplinary treatment team.
• Maintain compliant clinical records and timely documentation.
