Klamath Basin Behavioral Health (KBBH) seeks an Intensive Treatment Therapist to deliver high-quality clinical services within Day Treatment and IIBHT programs in Southern Oregon. The role combines direct therapy, family engagement, care coordination, and treatment planning for youth with complex needs.

You will join a multidisciplinary team, maintain high clinical standards, and drive measurable outcomes while benefiting from a robust benefits package and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Must meet QMHP qualifications per MHACBO.org.
• Graduate degree in psychology, counseling, social work, or related behavioral field.
• Demonstrated competency in mental health assessment, DSM diagnosis, treatment planning, and evidence-based interventions.

Responsabilités

• Provide individual, family, and group therapy within Day Treatment/IIBHT.
• Coordinate care with families, schools, and community providers.
• Develop and update treatment plans, crisis plans, and transition plans.
• Maintain complete, compliant clinical documentation meeting standards.
• Support youth transitioning back to mainstream settings and lower levels of care.
