Job summary

Community Care Network in Rutland, VT, is seeking a Manager of Intensive Supports to oversee 24/7 services for individuals with developmental disabilities, including supervised living, staffed living, and in-home supports under ACT 248.

The role leads planning, staff scheduling, training, quality assurance, and collaboration with DS, external partners, and housing teams to ensure person-centered, least-restrictive care and successful transitions.

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in a related field preferred; equivalent experience considered.
• Experience in developmental disabilities services, with intensive supports or similar services preferred.
• Leadership with accountability, coaching, and feedback.
• Strong writing, organizational, and communication skills.
• Ability to manage staff schedules and collaborate with external partners.

Responsibilities

• Plan, develop, and manage services for individuals receiving intensive support (supervised living, staffed living, in-home supports).
• Promote person-centered, least restrictive care and collaborate with internal and external teams.
• Coordinate staff coverage and scheduling; engage with staffing agencies as needed.
• Oversee transitions from Shared Living to Staffed Living, ensuring staffing and readiness.
• Provide leadership and training to implement person-centered programs and supports.
