Job description

First Resources Corp of Ottumwa is Hiring an ISP at our Intensive Residential Services Home (IRSH).

This service will be provided in a home setting staffed at least two employees each shift serving up to five individuals at a time. Intensive Residential Services are designed to assist individuals on transitioning to a lower level of service through working on their service plans goals. Goals are person-centered and vary but may include behavioral modification, crisis planning, safety planning, medication education, financial education, ADL support, and scheduling and attending appointments.

Shift:

• Overnights, 12.5 hours, 3x per week, rotating every other weekend.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent, associate's degree, or a bachelor's degree with one year of experience working in behavioral health.
• Experience working as a Direct Support Professional preferred.
• One year of related experience required.
• Thorough training will be provided during your employment to excel at this position!
• Must have a valid driver's license, a good driving record, show proof of auto insurance and reliable personal transportation.
• Must have access to a telephone.
