Clark-Pleasant Community School Corporation in Pleasant Crossing Elementary is seeking an Elementary School Teacher on a Full-Time 185-day calendar. The role focuses on delivering high-quality instruction for students with IEPs and collaborating with instructional teams.
The ideal candidate will hold a valid special education license with Mild Intervention and will develop strategies aligned to state standards. The position requires professional growth and teamwork during the interview process.
1. Deliver appropriate high level instruction for students with IEP's
2. Develop effective instructional strategies and assessments that focus on state standards.
3. There must be a commitment to professional growth.
4. The candidate must be an instrumental part of the instructional team.
5. Other responsibilities will be reviewed during the interview process.
Based on Master Contract.
Full-Time on a 185 day work calendar
Exempt
1. The preferred candidate will have multiple teaching areas on their validspecial education license including Mild Intervention at the minimum. Intense interventions preferred.
2. The preferred candidate will have experience working with elementary school aged children.
3. The preferred candidate will have the ability to work collaboratively and cooperatively.
