Job summary

Park Center in Nashville, TN seeks an Intensive Recovery Support Coordinator II to advance recovery-focused housing services within a Permanent Supportive Housing program. You will be part of an recovery-oriented, housing-focused intensive case management (ICM) team supporting residents.

The role requires collaboration with staff and community partners, cultural humility, and a commitment to trauma-informed care.

Qualifications

• Must have at least 3 years' experience in a human services field.
• Demonstrate strong recovery support competencies and ethical behaviors.
• Proven written and verbal communication skills and computer literacy.
• Bachelor's degree in a human services field required; Social Work preferred (BSW/MSW).

Responsibilities

• Assist and support residents as they transition to independent living.
• Engage residents using trauma-informed approaches to build trust.
• Provide recovery-oriented tenancy support and strengths-based care.
• Develop and maintain documentation for agency and funding deadlines.
• Collaborate with staff and community to engage diverse perspectives.
