Job summary

The Therapy Place is a pediatric therapy center actively relaunching its TheraSuit Intensive Therapy Program. We seek a Pediatric Physical Therapist to deliver high-quality care in a structured, 3-week intensive model, collaborating with a TheraSuit-trained Occupational Therapist for coordinated, outcomes-driven services.

This part-time, intensive-based role offers possible transition to full-time based on clinic needs and therapist interest.

Qualifications

• DPT from an accredited program.
• Licensed Physical Therapist in South Carolina (or eligible).
• Pediatric therapy experience preferred.
• Interest in intensive therapy models and advanced clinical training.
• Strong clinical reasoning, communication and collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide PT services in a 3-week intensive therapy model (45 hours per child; 3 hours/day, 5 days/week).
• Deliver high-frequency, one-on-one treatment sessions.
• Manage daily schedule for one or two intensive clients per 3-week session.
• Collaborate with a TheraSuit-trained Occupational Therapist for coordinated care.
• Evaluate patients and develop goal-directed treatment plans.
• Monitor progress and adjust treatment plans based on outcomes.
• Educate families on goals, progress, and home programming.
• Complete required documentation per clinic standards.
• Maintain professional standards in line with the clinic’s mission and values.
