Job summary

Dayton Children's is seeking a Behavioral Health Therapist for Intensive Outpatient (IOP) at the Mathile Center for Mental Health and Wellness. Qualifications

• Master's Degree in Social Work or Counseling required.
• Licensed social worker/counselor credentialing (LSW, LMFT, or LPC) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide diagnostic assessments, individual, group and family-based psychotherapy.
• Deliver crisis intervention as needed and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Collaborate with patients and families to address identified concerns and improve social functioning.
• Work independently, participate in the interdisciplinary team, and educate/consult with professionals and the community.
