Job summary

Qualifications

  • HQP (Highly Qualified Paraprofessional) requirement

  • High School/Trade School degree preferred; citizenship/residency or work visa required

Responsibilities

  • Provide academic, behavioral, and transition support to students during all school activities.
  • Implement social skills instruction and behavior plans for students with behavior disorders or other special conditions.
  • Communicate regularly with teachers/administrators regarding student progress and record data for IEP goals and intervention plans.
  • Experience with vision impairments preferred, but training available.
