Job summary

Highland Local Schools has an opening for four (4) Special Education Aide positions at Granger Elementary School. These roles will be 5.5 hours per day for the 2026-27 school year.

Responsibilities include working with individuals or small groups under teacher direction, supporting students with special education needs, and maintaining confidentiality. Candidates must obtain Ohio background checks and a state certificate to serve as an aide.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or G.E.D. is required.
• Strong work ethic, flexibility, and positive interactions with students and adults.
• Must obtain background checks and a certificate from the State of Ohio to serve as an aide.
