Centerstone in Nashville seeks an Intensive In-Home Therapist to provide individual and family counseling for youth in crisis (ages 3–18) in home and community settings across Davidson, Wilson, Rutherford, and Williamson counties, using evidence-based approaches.

Requirements include a Master’s degree in Clinical Psychology, MH Counseling, Social Work, or Marriage and Family Therapy, license-eligible, and at least two years post-degree experience.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in a qualifying field (Clinical Psychology, MH Counseling, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy) or related field with 24 graduate hours if not in listed disciplines.
• License-eligible in the respective discipline.
• Two years of post-degree experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Carry caseload of approximately six families.
• Provide individual and family therapy at least three times per week.
• Participate in supervision meetings.
• Web-based documentation from any location.

Come talk to us about joining the Centerstone team!**JOB DESCRIPTION:****SUMMARY OF POSITION**A Centerstone Intensive In-Home Therapist provides individual and family counseling for youth in crisis (ages 3 to 18), with the goal of stabilizing symptoms and preventing placement of youth into more restrictive setting such as hospital or residential treatment. Treatment takes place in the home and community.
