Centerstone is seeking a part-time behavioral health therapist to provide therapy to clients across settings, including home, school, and community. You will manage caseloads, document progress notes, and collaborate with guardians and families to support treatment goals.

The role involves flexible scheduling within 8am–6pm, Monday–Friday, and requires strong clinical judgment, documentation, and ability to respond to urgent care needs.

Qualificações

• Master's degree in clinical psychology, MH counseling, social work, or related field.
• License-eligible in the respective discipline preferred.
• Relevant coursework and supervised experience in clinical treatment and assessment.

Responsabilidades

• Maintain accurate progress notes and care plans.
• Respond to urgent care needs and coverage for caseloads as required.
• Document thoroughly and maintain timely communication with supervisors.

Come talk to us about joining the Centerstone team!JOB DESCRIPTION:SUMMARY OF POSITIONProvide therapy to clients while maintaining good clinical judgement.Carry caseloads of 3 clients. Providing therapy 2-3x a week to client's ages 3-18. Completing 1 session with client, 1 session with guardian, 1 family session.Sessions are held in the client's home, at school, workplace, public setting etc.Work hours are 8am-6pm Monday-Friday. Administrative work includes daily notes, monthly CarePlan updates, and staying up to date with ROI's and other paperwork. ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIESDocumentationCare plans reviewed and updated.Progress notes completed within current agency guidelines.Responds to supervisory request for urgent care situations and coverage for vacant caseloads. This includes telephones and face to face intervention.Keeps administrative supervisor informed of all potential issues that could impact the program or the organization.Responds to needs of consumers in a timely and professional manner.Demonstrates good clinical judgment in decision making regarding consumers.KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIESAbility to successfully utilize computer/electronic equipment and softwareQUALIFICATIONSEducation RequirementsA Master’s degree is required in one of the following fields: Clinical Psychology, Mental Health (MH) Counseling, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, and/or a specialization in MH CounselingLicense-eligible in respective discipline preferred.ORApplicants with a Master’s degree in a related field (outside of the disciplines listed above) must meet the following criteria:Completion of at least 24 graduate-level semester hours in psychology, social work, counseling, or other behavioral health-related coursework.Relevant coursework and work experience in the following areas:Clinical treatment and treatment planningAppraisal and assessment of mental disordersPsychopathologyUse of the DSM for diagnostic purposes within a clinical internship or practicum in a behavioral health settingExperience RequirementsA minimum of one (1) year of experience providing treatment to individuals with mental health disorders is required, and substance use disorders experience preferred.Internship experience may be applied toward the minimum experience requirement for recent graduates.Certification/LicensureN/APHYSICAL REQUIREMENTSStanding – 10%Sitting – 90%Squatting – OccasionalKneeling – OccasionalBending – OccasionalDriving – OccasionalLifting – OccasionalDISCLAIMERThe duties and responsibilities described in this document are not a comprehensive list and additional tasks may be assigned to the employee from time to time, or the scope of the job may change as necessitated by business demands.Time Type:Part timePay Range:$0.00-$0.00Delivering care that changes people's lives starts with our employees.
