At Easterseals PORT Health (ESPH), we’re seeking a compassionate and dedicated full-time Team Lead to join our Intensive In Home (IIH) program. As a valued member of our collaborative and supportive team, you will work together to transform the lives of individuals by providing a comprehensive range of services that treat the whole person and empower patients to find their way forward.
*$2000 Sign on Bonus.
As a Team Lead, you will provide therapy involving the child, their family, and extended family, with a flexible schedule around school hours and family needs to support engagement. You will lead a team of two members and participate in a weekly crisis response rotation with your team. This position will serve Wake, Durham, and Johnston counties, with strategic caseload assignments.
We value your personal growth and development. You’ll earn a competitive salary of $48,000-$60,000 based on experience. This full-time role offers a flexible schedule Monday - Friday, with sessions in the afternoon, early evening, and some weekends. We offer comprehensive benefits to eligible employees.
Candidates must be able to provide services across community locations, have working knowledge of Microsoft Office and Electronic Health Records, and be passionate about helping others and linking clients to community resources. Requirements include:
