At Easterseals PORT Health (ESPH), we’re seeking a compassionate and dedicated full-time Team Lead to join our Intensive in Home (IIH) program. As a valued member of our collaborative and supportive team, you will work together to transform lives by providing comprehensive services that treat the whole person and empower patients to find their way forward.
*$2000 Sign-on Bonus
As a Team Lead, you will provide therapy involving the child, their family, and extended family, with a flexible schedule around school hours and family needs to support engagement. You will lead a team of two members and participate in the crisis response rotation with your team for one week at a time, averaging one call per week. This position will serve Wake, Durham, and Johnston counties, with strategic caseload assignments.
Being part of our team means we value and encourage your personal growth and development. You’ll earn a competitive salary of $48,000-$60,000 based on experience. This full-time position offers a flexible schedule Monday – Friday, with sessions in the afternoon, early evening, and some weekends. We offer comprehensive benefits to eligible positions.

To join as an Intensive In-Home Team Lead, you must be able to provide services in community locations as needed, have working knowledge of Microsoft Office, experience with Electronic Health Records software, and a passion for helping others while linking clients to community resources.
