At Easterseals PORT Health (ESPH), we’re seeking a compassionate and dedicated full-time Team Lead to join our Intensive in Home (IIH) program. As a valued team member, you will work collaboratively to provide comprehensive services that treat the whole person and empower patients to find their way forward. *$2000 Sign-on Bonus

Responsibilities

1. Provide therapy involving the child, their family, and extended family, with a flexible schedule around school hours and family needs to support engagement.
2. Lead a team of two members and participate in the crisis response rotation, with an average of one call per week.
3. Serve Surry, Stokes, and Yadkin counties, with strategic caseload assignments.

Qualifications

1. Must hold a LCSW, LCMHC, LMFT, LPA, or Provisional license.
