Greater Minnesota Family Services in Minnesota is hiring for a full-time Intensive In-Home Family Services (IIFS) position serving high-risk youth and families under licensure candidacy or as a licensed therapist. The work focuses on home-based services, collaboration with community agencies, and flexible hours including evenings and some Saturdays.

Responsibilities include documenting notes, billing, and providing crisis support, with supervision available for licensure track and opportunities

Qualifications

• Completed master's degree and working toward licensure in LICSW, LPCC, LMFT, or LP. Licensure supervision provided.
• Fully licensed Mental Health Professional (LICSW, LPCC, LMFT, or LP).

Responsibilities

• Provide intensive in-home services to high-risk youth and families (2-3 times per week per case).
• Work primarily in families' homes, and at times in the community and schools.
• Coordinate with community agencies to wrap services around the child.
• Set schedules including evenings, after school hours, and some Saturdays as needed.
• Document case notes and billable hours for all services.
• Maintain required client hours and scheduling to meet targets.

Education

Licensure Candidate: Completed master's degree and working toward licensure (LICSW, LPCC, LMFT, or LP)

Licensed Therapist: Fully Licensed Mental Health Professional (LICSW, LPCC, LMFT, or LP)
