Job summary

Greater Minnesota Family Services in Renville County, Minnesota, seeks a Full-time Intensive In-Home Family Services (IIFS) candidate or licensed therapist to serve high-risk youth and families. Services are delivered primarily in families’ homes, with occasional community or school work, after-school and evening hours, and crisis coverage.

Qualifications

• Completed master's degree and working toward licensure (LICSW, LPCC, LMFT, or LP).
• Demonstrated ability to work with children and families experiencing mental health issues.

Responsibilities

• Provide intensive in-home family services (2–3 times per week per case).
• Deliver ~110 client hours per month (26–28 hours per week).
• Document case notes and billable hours accurately.
• Work flexible hours including after-school and evenings.
• Collaborate with community agencies to wrap services around the child.
• Respond to crises as needed.
