Job summary

Allies4Outcomes is hiring skilled social workers to join our Intensive Support Social Work Team in North Carolina. The role involves engaging in crucial casework addressing child welfare needs, conducting assessments, and practicing in alignment with state law. Applicants should have substantial experience in Child Protective Services, with forensic training preferred. The position offers up to 38 hours of work per week with a flexible schedule and compensation ranging from $45.00 to $60.00 per hour.

Qualifications

• Must have five years experience as a Child Protective Services worker or Supervisor in NC.
• Deep knowledge of NC policy, and engagement with families and children is required.
• Must have forensic training and be willing to travel across NC.

Responsibilities

• Engage in direct practice including addressing backlog cases and conducting assessments.
• Provide practice aligned with state law and policy.
• Participate in on-call rotations and carry cases in partnership with counties.
