Job summary

Qualifications

• One year of probation, parole, social casework, or related field experience.
• Experience in group facilitation is preferred but not required.
• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college in Criminal Justice, Psychology, Sociology or related field.
• Experience with evidence-based practices in community supervision is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and supervise Cowley County Specialty Court programs.
• Arrange training and team-building for treatment staff.
• Maintain data collection and QA to monitor client compliance.
• Work with employers, law enforcement, courts, judges, and service providers.
• Attend bi-weekly treatment team meetings and report client progress.
• Present Kansas Department of Corrections approved curricula for adult and juvenile offenders.
