Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Psychology, Social Work, or related field.
• Experience working with adults with mental illness.
• Valid Massachusetts drivers license.

Responsibilities

• Provide community outreach as part of the multi-disciplinary team.
• Offer side-by-side interventions focusing on problem-solving, skill training, modeling, optimism, and encouragement.
• Collaborate to develop a person-centered treatment plan.
• Support individuals to become fully integrated into their communities with natural supports.
• Empower individuals to manage treatment, leisure, employment, and recovery.
• Provide on-call coverage during evenings and weekends as part of a rotation.
