This position is a highly trained professional responsible for leading and coordinating the Wraparound planning process for children, youth, and families with complex needs. This role facilitates structured, family-centered team meetings and ensures that services and supports are organized in a collaborative, strengths-based manner.
This position brings together individuals from various parts of the family's life, including family members, natural supports, service providers, and community partners, to build a shared understanding of the family's situation and develop a coordinated plan of care. Central to this role is honoring the family as the primary partner and ensuring their voice, vision, hopes, and dreams guide all planning and decision-making.
Through intensive coordination, creative problem-solving, and team leadership, this position supports families in achieving stability and success in their homes, schools, and communities. The ultimate goal of Wraparound is to help children and youth grow up safely in their homes and communities while empowering families to realize a life that reflects their goals and aspirations.
Schedule: Monday - Thursday 8am - 5pm , Friday 8am - 4pm. Flexible evening hours may be necessary to meet the needs of families served.
Minimum Qualifications: Requires a minimum of a Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university with a degree in Health Science, Social Work, Psychology or related field. Must have a valid driver’s license and an acceptable driving record, as well as personal automobile liability insurance as required by the State of Texas.
Preferred Qualifications: At least 1 year serving youth with severe emotional disturbance.
Bachelors or better in Counseling Psychology.
Bachelors or better in Psychology.
Bachelors or better in Social Work.
Bachelors or better in Sociology.
