Intensive Care Unit - Travel Registered Nurse

Trusted Health is seeking an experienced nurse for this travel nursing assignment.

Shift

Shift: 7:00 AM - 7:30 PM

Experience

• 24 months of role experience is required with some in the last 12 months.
• Must have at least 24 months of Intensive Care Unit experience within the past 3 years.

Requirements

• Candidates must have an Arizona license or compact license (required for submission).
• This role may require floating to additional units and locations.
• Travel only, local not allowed. Candidates cannot live in the following states: Arizona.
• Flu vaccination required for submission. Religious and medical declinations accepted.
• 12 months between Staff at Program: AHSA Program - Banner Health.
• Pre-employment modules may be required for this role. Please upload any certifications or health documents you have to your profile to expedite your on-boarding process.
• Special Requests: No travel pairs or trios.
• No background hits.
• Floating Requirements: Maybe required to float to sister site, Banner Goldfield, dependent on staffing and census.
• Required Credentials: Nursys
• 7 days maximum time off. Start assignment restriction: 7 days
