Experience

Requirements

• Arkansas license or compact license (required after submission).
• Local & travel allowed. Candidates living <60 miles from facility will be processed as local.
• COVID vaccination required after submission. Religious and medical declinations accepted.
• Flu vaccination required after submission. Religious, medical, and personal declinations accepted.
• 12 months between Staff at Program: HealthTrust Program - LifePoint Health.
