Responsibilities:

• Deliver safe patient care using the nursing process: assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation.
• Provide direct patient care within scope of practice.
• Guide patient and family education and supervise nursing staff.
• Communicate with physicians regarding patient condition changes, diagnostic results, and treatment responses.
• Maintain patient privacy and confidentiality.

Qualifications:

• Current and valid state RN license.
• Current BLS and ACLS certifications.
• Critical Care Course completion preferred.
• Basic Arrhythmia Interpretation within 30 days of hire.
