As an Intensive Care Coordinator/CSA Specialist, you will be responsible for:
The ideal candidate will have experience who is looking to grow their leadership skills, has a passion for working with families, and is able to follow the structure of the evidence-based process of High Fidelity Wraparound (HFW). Successful candidates must be self-aware, empathetic, highly organized, and enjoy meeting with and engaging a team.
The anticipated base salary for this position is $43,120.62 to $53,900.78. Actual compensation offered within this range will be determined based on the candidate's experience, education, qualifications (knowledge, skills, and abilities), geographic location, complexity of role, and other relevant business considerations. We kindly ask that candidates do not discuss compensation until after an offer of employment is extended.
This role requires the ability to communicate effectively with staff, clients, and partners, both verbally and in writing. The employee must be able to remain in a stationary position for portions of the workday, move throughout office or community settings, and operate a computer and standard office equipment. The position may occasionally require lifting or transporting materials or supplies up to 10 pounds. This role may require participation in trauma-informed physical practices, such as standing, positioning, and de-escalation techniques, when such activities are essential to the position. These functions may be performed with or without reasonable accommodations.
