• Background Check: Fingerprints, State and FBI criminal record reports, drug test, and central registry report will be required upon selection.
• Safe Driving Record: This position requires transporting clients or driving agency vehicles. Candidates must have a good driving record, defined as no more than two moving violations in the last three years and no criminal moving violations in the last five years.

• Provide case support, work with the families, prepare all CSA paperwork, present cases at FAPT and monitor/report on services monthly for FAPT cases.

Position Summary/Responsibilities

Hiring Range:

The anticipated base salary for this position is $43,120.62 to $53,900.78. Actual compensation offered within this range will be determined based on the candidate's experience, education, qualifications (knowledge, skills, and abilities), geographic location, complexity of role, and other relevant business considerations. We kindly ask that candidates do not discuss compensation until after an offer of employment is extended.

Special Work Conditions

This role requires the ability to communicate effectively with staff, clients, and partners, both verbally and in writing. The employee must be able to remain in a stationary position for portions of the workday, move throughout office or community settings, and operate a computer and standard office equipment. The position may occasionally require lifting or transporting materials or supplies up to 10 pounds. This role may require participation in trauma-informed physical practices, such as standing, positioning, and de-escalation techniques, when such activities are essential to the position. These functions may be performed with or without reasonable accommodations.
