Job summary

Greeley--evans-School-District-6- is seeking a Special Education Assistant (Intensive Autism) for a part-time schedule, Mondays and Wednesdays from 9:45am to 12:00pm at Shawsheen Elementary School. The role is non-exempt with a salary of $20.51 per hour plus benefits, with additional credit up to $32.85 per hour for internal transfers and recent rehires.

Required education includes an AA degree or 48 semester hours or passing scores on the WorkKeys exam.

Qualifications

• AA degree or 48 semester hours or passing scores on WorkKeys exam
• CPI training (training provided)
• CPR/First Aid (training provided)
• Bilingual skills preferred, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Support the academic programming and progress of individual students or small groups with significant needs.
• Provide student-specific personal care and support.
• Assist with daily classroom activities, data collection, sanitizing equipment and materials.
