Role Overview
Serve as the field electrician responsible for building, wiring, and activating intersection control systems across Austin. You will integrate signals, pedestrian interfaces, detection devices, and cabinets to engineered specifications while upholding MUTCD, OSHA, and project standards.
This role offers a $1,000 sign-on bonus. The bonus is subject to applicable taxes and withholdings. Eligibility criteria, payment timing, any continued-employment requirements, and potential repayment obligations are governed by the Company's Sign-On Bonus Agreement. Receipt of the bonus requires meeting all eligibility requirements and executing the applicable agreement.
Outdoor, year-round work in extreme heat, cold, rain, and other weather. Frequent standing, climbing, bending, and kneeling for extended periods. Regular lifting up to 50 lbs.; occasional lifting up to 100 lbs. with assistance for poles, mast arms, equipment, and materials. Work at heights via bucket trucks and aerial lifts with exposure to dust, noise, and vibration.
