• Serve as key interlocutor and strategic coordination lead.

Responsibilities

• Lead six Operations Managers to ensure course deliverables comply with federal standards.
• Coordinate with Course Directors to manage delivery and throughput.
• Drive program innovation and operational improvements using data and stakeholder input.
• Standardize communications and keep PD/DPM informed on status and risks.
